Ingredients:

1 Banana
1 tsp coconut oil
Coconut sugar (optional)

 

Method:

Put the coconut oil in the fry pan, while it’s melting and heating up, slice your banana in half or in half cm chunks.
Space the banana slices out in the fry pan, you’ll need enough room to get the spatula underneath them to flip. Each side will need about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
The natural sugars in the banana will caramelise and you’ll end up with a sweet treat.
Optional – For a toffee like crunch, sprinkle with coconut sugar before putting in the fry pan, but keep an eye on it – it’ll need a little less time and will brown up quickly.
