Chia pudding
1/4 cup chai seeds
1 cup of coconut milk (vitasoy works great) or almond milk (almond milk co is amazing)
Pinch or two of cinnamon
Crumbled It’s All Good Mrs & co. Paleo chunks or one another of our amazing mueslis
Teeny tiny dash of vanilla

Gather all the ingredients in a jar or closed container and shake that bad boy.
Put in the fridge and give it 10 mins or so & go back and shake, repeat one more time then leave overnight.
In the morning you’ll have a delicious, healthy, filling, breakfast. Pop some in a bowl or be a bit hipster and pop in a jar, top with fresh berries or fruit and one of the Mrs amazing muesli’s
