These were sooooo delicious, it was like dessert for breakfast.

I would probably prepare them the night before so they are ready to go as they take a little time or if you sloth around in the morning like me and have time and think making things like this when you’re hungry is a good idea and then by the time they are ready and cooled, you’re hangry, then do it then 😀

What you need
1 1/2 cups of The OG no Fruit (available in shop)
2 tbl rice malt syrup/honey/agave which ever you like
1/2 banana mashed
Greased muffin or cupcake tin
Makes about 6

What you need to do
Preheat oven on about 170-180 fan forced depending on your oven. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl then divide into the greased tin, press into base and sides to make a cup like shape, place tin in the oven and cook for approx 25 mins, yes, ohemgee right, its as easy as that.

I would also just keep my eye on them because you dont want them to go too dark, they will dry out and be crazy crunchy but if you like that, then bake away.

Let them cool in the pan and then fill with fruit and yoghurt, I stewed some apples and topped with coconut yoghurt, it was like a yummy apple crumble but you can use any fruit, yoghurt or even eat them by themselves and I’m not going to deny that with the leftovers I put Zebra Dream Strawberry ice cream in them for dessert 😀
